The Masters Program (TMP) Early College High School in Santa Fe, NM is hiring a Special Education Teacher (math background preferred) to support students through high-quality instruction, IEP services, and early-college readiness.

• Write and manage compliant IEPs, progress monitoring, and service logs

• Collaborate with general education teachers to implement accommodations

• Support student success in high school + dual credit coursework

• Communicate regularly with families and participate in required meetings

Qualifications

• NM Special Education license (or eligibility)

• Experience with IEP development and IDEA compliance

• Strong organization, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

• Math teaching/intervention experience preferred
