Sun Mountain Community School is a public Waldorf-inspired charter school serving a diverse and engaged community in Santa Fe. Our front office is the heart of daily school life, where communication, organization, and care come together to support students, families, and faculty.

 

We are seeking an Office Administrator for the 2026–2027 school year.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic school environment. The Office Administrator supports daily operations, communication, and record-keeping while serving as a welcoming presence for the community.

Qualifications include:

  • Office experience (school setting preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and administrative systems
