We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team, inspiring young learners in their formative years. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment, helping students develop foundational skills and a lifelong love for learning. You will collaborate with other educators and communicate effectively with parents, ensuring that each child's educational journey is positive and productive.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' growth.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field

Valid teaching certification for the state

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment

Capability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs

Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance learning

Proven experience in teaching or assisting with first-grade level students (Preferred)
